Salad in a Jar! Found this and thought it was a great idea! It's easy to take on the go, and provides a healthy balanced meal. Use any jar, here it shows a mason jar. Fill your dressing or vinegarette first followed by veggies, than protein (here they use quinoa), and lastly greens! When it comes time for lunch or snack, shake and munch. Have fun with it!
